Your business
has a
constraint.
Growth slows when an operational problem is solved with the wrong solution.
No payment. Your engagement must be confirmed as eligible first.
Most businesses do not need more software.
They need better operations. That is where we start. The symptom is visible. The constraint usually is not.
Missed follow-up, slow onboarding, disconnected tools, inconsistent delivery, and work that still depends on you are signals. The Accelerator identifies what is actually creating the problem before a solution is selected.
Work still depends on you
You remain involved in every decision, handoff, approval, and exception.
Growth creates more manual work
Each new client adds administrative effort instead of operational capacity.
Your tools do not function as a system
Software exists, but the business still runs through workarounds and memory.
The visible problem is not the root cause
You can see what is failing without knowing which constraint should be solved first.
Diagnose first. Implement second.
Map
Review what happens now, who is involved, and where the work breaks.
Identify
Separate the visible symptom from the actual operational constraint.
Implement
Complete one contained improvement that fits the business and the engagement.
A defined engagement. A contained result.
The Operations Accelerator is structured to move from diagnosis to one completed operational improvement without turning into open-ended consulting.
Pre-session intake
The systems, documents, and context required to understand the problem.
90-minute working session
A structured review of the current process, root cause, and required response.
Current-state process review
A precise view of what happens now and where the constraint occurs.
One approved improvement
One contained process, workflow, dashboard, automation, system configuration, or SOP.
Up to five implementation hours
Time to build, configure, revise, document, or implement the approved improvement.
Testing and documentation
Verification that the improvement works and clear instructions for using it.
Operations Action Plan
A prioritized record of completed work, remaining constraints, and next steps.
30-minute handoff
A final review of the improvement, documentation, responsibilities, and recommendation.
One operational improvement.
Clearly defined.
The Accelerator is built to resolve a contained constraint. It is not a full business rebuild, unlimited consulting engagement, or substitute for ongoing operational management.

Fit is confirmed before payment is requested.

Find out whether the Operations Accelerator is the right fit.
In about five minutes, answer questions about your business, the operational challenge, implementation readiness, and the outcome you need.
Before you begin.
Do I need to know what solution I need?
No. Explain what is happening and what needs to change. Determining whether the correct response is a process, system, automation, AI, or custom development is part of the work.
What does one contained operational improvement mean?
One focused process, workflow, system configuration, automation, dashboard, SOP, or related improvement that can reasonably be implemented within five hours.
What happens if the solution is larger than the Accelerator?
The scope may be reduced, the engagement may stop after diagnosis, or you may receive a recommendation for a larger Systems Implementation engagement.
Can the improvement include AI?
Yes, when AI is the correct operational response. It will not be recommended simply because it was requested.
When do I pay?
There is no payment to complete the assessment or attend the Scope Confirmation Call. The agreement and $997 invoice are sent only after the engagement is confirmed as a fit.
When is the engagement complete?
The engagement is complete when the approved improvement works, has been tested, is documented, and has been handed off.
Every business has a constraint.
Growth happens when you solve the right one.
